Eligibility for Returns
1. Condition of Items:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in the return being rejected.
2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
3. Time Frame:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:

- The reason for the return (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- Clear photos of the item in question, showing its condition.
3. Return Authorization:
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.
- Returns without an RA number will not be accepted
4. Shipping the Item:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returns unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item sent).
- Items should be shipped to the return address provided by our customer support team.
5. Time Frame:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refunds and Store Credits
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved returns will be processed as follows:
- Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Store Credit: You may opt for store credit, which will be available immediately after return approval.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose a refund or store credit.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Myeverydeal will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge.

- Myeverydeal is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria will not be refunded or returned to the customer. provided by our customer support team.
A few things to keep in mind
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, we’ll cover the return shipping cost if you’re exchanging an item due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
- Promotional discounts or coupons used on the original purchase may not be applied to the exchanged item.
