Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may request to cancel their order under the following conditions:
- Before Order Confirmation: Orders can be canceled without penalty if the cancellation request is made before receiving the order confirmation email.
- After Order Confirmation: If the order has already been confirmed but not yet shipped, customers may cancel the order by contacting our Customer Support Team. In this case, the 10% advance payment is non-refundable as it covers administrative and preparation costs.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched for delivery.
Cancellation by Myeverydeal
Myeverydeal reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
- Product Unavailability: In rare cases where an item is out of stock or unavailable, we will cancel the order and notify the customer immediately. A full refund of any payment made will be issued.
- Payment Issues: If payment is not received within the specified deadline or if there are concerns about fraudulent transactions, the order will be canceled.
- Policy Violations: Orders that breach our Terms and Conditions or involve suspicious activity may be canceled.
For cancellations initiated by Myeverydeal, customers will receive a full refund of any payment made, including the 10% advance payment.
Refund Process for Canceled Orders
- Refunds for eligible canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- For mobile money and bank transfer payments, customers may need to provide additional information to facilitate the refund process.
How to Request a Cancellation
